Safety First! Our priority is our guests’s safety and wellbeing.
All passenger restraint systems, including arm handles, chair back and seat belts, must be positioned and fastened properly to assure your safety.
Guests who don’t fit properly in a safety restraint (9D chair) won’t be allowed to seat. Guests whose waistline is at least 110cm or greater and/ or weight is at least 120kg or greater may not be accommodated on the experience.
During the movie:
• Do not unfasten your seatbelt during the movie. If anything occurs, raise your hand for the movie to stop. Wait until the lights are on and then get up from your seat.
• Keep your hands on the handles as demonstrated by our staff.
• Do not place your hands, legs or belongings between the moving parts or the sprays of the chair.
We do NOT recommend the 9D cinema experience for the following categories of people:
• Pregnant women
• People with high blood pressure and / or cardiovascular disorders
• People recovering from surgery and / or other medical operations
• People suffering from back pain, migraine, claustrophobia or motion sickness
• People under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants (Please inform us of any health problem you have!)
Please acknowledge that equipment may malfunction, even if checked on a regular basis By voluntarily participating in the activity you acknowledge the danger involved, and agree to assume any and all risks of bodily injury, death or property damage, whether those risks are known or unknown.
If you wish to cancel your booking, make sure you check the time of your booking and the time of the show selected.
• Up to 24h before the show = 100% refundable
If your cancel your booking 24h before the show, then we will refund you the whole amount.
• Within 24h before the show = 0% refundable
If you cancel your booking within 24h before the show, then we cannot refund you the amount.
Remember: You can always change the date and time of the show to another show with the same tickets.

• Visitors are suggested to bring their own face-masks to ensure their health status.
• Proper changes have been made in the building and in our way of serving the visitors ( hand sanitizers, proper cleaning before and after the use of our equipment, staff wears a face-mask, etc.).
